My name is Marina. I'm a college kid, 18 years old, and trying to fight the freshman 15. I know it's time to change my bad eating habits, and instead of starving to get skinny, I'm going to really get into shape.
While I'm by no means "fat," I'm severely out of shape. I want to get as fit as I can, and develop a really nice toned body, even if it means gaining a few pounds in muscle weight.
